You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 4mapper for personal, educational or commercial projects, subject to these terms and any plan limitations that may apply.
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, a username and your approximate location. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@4mapper.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

By registering an account, you agree to receive transactional emails necessary to operate your account (e.g. password resets, security notices). You may also receive platform communications such as feature updates and changelogs, sent on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting info@4mapper.com.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change, be improved, limited or removed over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4mapper and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
4mapper may connect to external APIs (for example for widgets or live data). These third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies. The project is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are significant, the "Last updated" date will be revised and registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
